All of our Xelero shoes offer Xelero technology which will support and cradle your foot while the midsole rocker moves you forward with ease and less pressure on your feet.
Carbon Nylon Control Plate: Enhances stability and reduces pressure under the foot.
Propulsion Element: Provides stability, control and promotes forward motion.
Midsole Gel Pads: Provide forefoot and heel shock absorption.
Dynamic Metatarsal Roll Bar: This X2 technology is unique to the Steadfast line of shoes. Provides additional support under the forefoot where we have a softer midsole.
Extra Depth & Comfort Fit System: All Xelero Shoes are extra depth to accommodate a custom orthotic. The extra depth has allowed us to add an additional insert in many of our styles which the wearer can adjust the fitting throughout the day.
MATRIX & HYPERION II:
The Matrix is the shoe that started it all. Firm and supportive and does not sacrifice comfort. The Matrix has an oblique toe area (rounder toe box) which will give you more wiggle room for your toes. It is the firmest shoe in our line. It is recommended for someone who needs a firmer shoe, is big and tall or who puts a lot of mileage on their shoes. While we have some wear this to run it is not our go to recommendation for running because it is a little heavier and firmer than our other styles. All of our shoes are extra depth and this shoe has the custom fit system which allows you to adjust the fit by removing an insert under the footbed. Matrix is offered in a mesh/leather/vinyl upper or all leather upper.
The Hyperion II is constructed on the Matrix outsole component offering the same benefits and features of the Matrix but the Hyperion II kicks it up a notch with waterproof leathers and a more lugged bottom for hiking and more difficult terrain. The Hyperion is offered in a traditional height hiker as well as a high top for those who need the ankle support or protection when handling difficult terrain or just everyday support.
GENESIS:
Genesis and Genesis XPS is slightly less ridged (firm) than the Matrix and has a more shapely toe area. The shoes are a combination mesh and leather upper for breathability. Genesis has more toe spring than the Matrix. Worn for walking, running and every day. All of our shoes are extra depth, and this shoe has the custom fit system which allows you to adjust the fit by removing an insert under the footbed. Genesis XPS offers various weaves and mesh combinations bringing it to a higher level of quality from the Genesis.
Genesis has a 2nd generation called the Genesis II, it has all the same features as the other Genesis models with an all material upper. Don’t be deceived by our fabric upper shoes – every shoe has a molder heel counter and toe box reinforcement for support. This shoe is lighter weight than its parents, has the same high-quality materials and the Xelero technology everyone loves.
STEADFAST & STEADFAST HIKERS:
The Steadfast is set apart because we have made this shoe 10 degrees softer in the midsole and to compensate for the softness, we have added a dynamic metatarsal roll bar in the ball of the foot area support and keep the control from heel to toe flowing forward. The Steadfast is extra depth however we only have 1 layer inside the shoes. The footbed is a soft gel footbed that is thicker than our other footbeds, so it is like a footbed and insert in 1 component Don’t be deceived by our fabric upper shoes – every shoes has a molder heel counter and toe box reinforcement for support.
Steadfast II takes the Steadfast to another level as a lighter weight shoe with a deeper toe box and the seamless fly knit upper that fits like a sock. We did not cut corners here as this shoe has the same molded heel counter and reinforced toe box for added support and comfort.
If you are not used to a rigid shoe this shoe is a good one to break you into a firmer shoe category.
The Steadfast Hikers and Trails offer all the benefits and features in our steadfast Xelero Technology with the added Aquamax waterproof breathable seam sealed bootie construction and lugged rubber outsole for difficult terrain.
The Suisse Collection is designed to offer a stylish option for sporty and casual days. The Heidi, Mykonos and Santorini are a perfect balance of support and cushion built on an oblique last that provides a roomy toe box and a solid rubber slip resistant outsole. Engineered with super soft uppers made of leather, nubuck, suede and embossed leather with a breathable pig skin leather lining is soft on the foot. The Xelero Technology keeps the foot aligned throughout the gait cycle resulting in less stress for the foot. Complete with the Xelero technology we love this shoe goes one step further with a contoured, removable breathable cork footbed with metatarsal pads for added support and comfort. The Mykonos and Santorini Sandals offer multiple secure strap closures to make fit and adjusting a breeze.
TRU SANDALS:
TRU “True Recovery Underfoot” is the only recovery sandal on the market with technology designed to offer a perfect balance of support and cushioning. The EVA contoured footbed supports the heel, foot and arches. The X2 Dynamic Metatarsal Rollbar limits forefoot flexion and provides a smooth transition at toe off. Xelero Technology keeps the foot aligned through the gait cycle resulting in less stress for the foot, ankle, knee, hips and lower back. The TRU line offers thong sandals or convenient slides with waterproof PU uppers to fit all your recovery and daily wear needs.
