After many attempts with Sketchers and Brooks shoes, I finally found a shoe I can walk in with comfort. I have troubled feet! The construction of the Steadfast Men’s FitGo X52860 takes the pressure off the outside of my foot and relieves the pain that I could not get away from with the other brands. My fiancé reminded me how much I paid for the other shoes brands that were worthless and I quickly approved the cost of my new Xeleras.

love the shoe hate the insole. one year into ownership and the insoles wore out within 3 months. reached out to the company and joyce told me to go pound sand tough luck. wore out my insoles in my brooks and hoka’s and they were more than happy to send me new insoles. poor customer service for such expensive shoes.

Hi Travis, we are happy to hear you love your shoes, I have reviewed your emails and unfortunately we do not stock insoles, I see Joyce tried locating a pair for you with no success and suggested to stop by the store you purchased them from as many stores hold on to insoles or have solutions. I hope you had the opportunity to visit the retailer and get this resolved.

I actually purchased this shoe from a Foot Solutions store. Due to my physical disabilities and foot alignment they suggested this shoe with Ann added insert. They were amazing!! I had been having trouble falling when on an uneven surface but my foot and ankle is fully supported very well!! Love them!
I also have a leg length discrepancy so I have a lift in my right shoe.
Bought a second pair and then had cobbler add to the bottom of the right shoe. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bit unstable that way and ended up falling on the pavement. The disappointing thing was that the top of the left shoe ripped/rubbed off. I went back to the store and asked if they would replace the shoe as they were pretty expensive and didn’t have that pair very long. Your return policy was that no replacements would be offered. That was a bit disappointing. But they did have a second color (gray) available in a 12w that I purchased!! Love that they don’t look like orthopedic shoes compared to the black. I hope that you will consider a white or two time option in the future!
